WARRANTY

For Repair: iTek covers the repaired products for 100 days.

iTek will covers: Screen/LCD and any other repaired or replaced parts that malfunction, or do not work as intended or designed. Warranty is limited to the parts and/or service(s) that were paid for. If only parts were purchased, warranty is limited to the replacement of the parts. If parts and repair service were purchased, warranty extends to cover the labor cost of part replacement and any other repairs specifically resulting from the initial repair.

iTek does not cover all defects or damages caused by water damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, alteration, neglect, modification, lack of maintenance, or uses other than those for which products were intended. Any subsequent mishandling that causes the frame to bend, twist, or crack. Any accidental or purposeful drops.

For Sale:

For mobile devices, iTek will cover any defects in material, workmanship under normal use for 100 days. For exchange, products may be exchanged within 10 days of original purchase date. Original receipt must accompany any product to be exchanged and 15% will be charged for the restocking fee.

For parts and accessories, iTek will take responsible for the items with any defected come from the manufacture, and the items should be returned with original package without any cracked or damaged due to the installation of buyers.
